Policies and Procedures

SHOE PRE - ORDERS

For all pre - orders, please allow a 3-4 week processing time prior to delivery. ALL regular shoe orders, please allow 1-3 business days for processing.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Order processing time for all clothing is usually 7-10 business days.  

PLEASE NOTE: Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day, if it is a rushed order .

 

SHIPPING

PLEASE NOTE: All items are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail, which takes, 3 - 5 business days anywhere within the USA.  Once your item(s) is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email that was provided with your order.  

Should an item get lost in the mail due to an error by the Postal Service, it is not Hanifa responsibility to replace it.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do offer International Shipping Via FedEX, please contact us if you have questions.

  

CUSTOM ORDERS AND ALTERATIONS

ALL custom orders start at $150 and increase depending on style. If you'd like your garment from the collection altered or custom fit there will be an additional fee of $40. Please email us at info@shophanifa.com, subject: "CUSTOM ORDER" or "GARMENT ALTERATION" For all items are custom made, feel free to provide measurements.

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, WHICH MEANS NO REFUNDS;  We do not issue refunds on any items, unless we are at fault. However; we do allow customers to exchange if the item(s) is returned in its original condition. If there are any issues with your item(s), please contact us at info@shophanifa.com within 24 hours of receiving your item(s).
